B&w and some color photographic halftones and illustrations throughout. LACKING one leaf. Wrappers spotted and worn, with heavy rubbing and a partial split to the spine; small piece of paper overlay missing from front wrapper. Fair.

Promotional booklet detailing for potential customers the National Ice Cream Company's factory, process of making ice cream, method of delivery (horse and wagon), and the many flavors of ice cream they offer. The company was established in 1907, and ties its rise and technological prowess to the that of San Francisco following the 1906 earthquake and fire; at the end of the booklet, housewives are encouraged to telephone with orders for delivery.
