Yearbook for what is now Clark Atlanta University, a private, Methodist, historically black research university. It was founded in 1865 as Atlanta University, and was the first HBCU established in the South; the school has had numerous notable faculty and alumni over the years, including W.E.B. DuBois (faculty) and Ralph Abernathy (graduate).

The yearbook includes studio portrait images of the faculty, senior class (both regular and Normal School students), images of the buildings and grounds, and group portraits of the many societies and clubs. "Feature" and "wit and humor" sections, as well as ads from local businesses, round out the book.

OCLC locates one holding, at Washington University; the yearbook appears to have changed its name in the 1970s to Panther, which is held by five institutions in OCLC.
