Flyer issued circa May 1970, which notably lists Georgia Jackson, George Jackson's mother, as the contact person for further information. The flyer notes that "[t]he social unrest existing in our so-called 'civilized society' also exists in the penal institutions, only more so. We on the outside are beaten, harrassed, and controlled by the men in blue and the politicians, while our brothers in prison are harrassed and beaten by the prison guards, at the orders of the prison officials. These two conditions are related; they are both perpetuated by the doctrine of racism and genocide. ... It is now too late to save the lives of the three brothers who were murdered on January 13th. However, there is still time to save the three brothers who are being railroaded into the gas chamber. Act now!!!!!"

Four dates for protest actions and rallying are then provided: May 9, a "peoples' party" in Los Angeles hosted by the Save the Soledad Brothers Committee; May 14, a major court appearance in Salinas by defendants; May 18, a Soledad Brothers and Bobby Seale Rally with films and guest speakers, in Ashgrove; and June 22, 1970, the Salinas trial date.
