A scarce issue of the T.A.L.F. Manual, devoted in this case to combatting the spread of addiction to heroin and speed among the revolutionary community, and promoting the use of LSD/acid and cannabis in its place:

"In our battles for control over our lives and destinies, we have become aware that the institutions of government and society, in their unbending attitude and unchanging traditions, seek by all the means at their disposal to destroy our culture and deny us our choice of life style. Now we find ourselves beseiged by yet another element, the Underground capitalists (mafia, syndicate, you choose the name). The speed, smack and barbituates made available by these people do more than just mess up your mind and body. They can and are destroying our community."

OCLC locates one holding of this issue at the University of Michigan, and possibly another at the SFPL.
