The constitution and bylaws of the Germania Club of San Francisco, a social and welfare association for German Americans in the area. Founded in 1873 and incorporated in 1875, the club provided aid to sick members and burial services for the dead, in addition to organizing social events, promoting German American culture, and forming choirs "for the advancement of vocal music".
