Includes a section on "household hints" followed by cakes and cookies, non-alcoholic cocktails and beverages, desserts, main dishes, meat and meat substitutes, salads, soups, etc. Includes a section of "foreign dishes" -- Hungarian goulash, missetti, red cabbage kiffols, and "shovrish", a ham and potato casserole -- as well as recipes ranging from "Chocolate Ice-Box Dessert" to "Lima Bean Casserole," "Salmon Souffle," and "Baked Curstard" [sic], which is either baked custard or the signature dish of a cartoon arch-nemesis chef, or both.
