Le Mot ... et la Chose!
Paris: Kodak Société Anonyme Française, (n. d.). Circa 1910. 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Unpaginated, but 48 pp. Stapled dark green pictorial wrappers tied with a string, yellow text; cream leaves printed with ornate borders in brown, with black text and b/w halftone illustrations throughout. Text in French. Light wear to extremities, hint of soiling to title page and colophon.
French trade catalogue for Kodak, advertising the company's Brownies, Vest Pocket Kodak, "Pliants", "forme Boîte", "Panoramiques", and "Appareils Stéréoscopiques", complete with a price list at rear.
Interestingly, many of the illustrations portray women as photographers, perhaps as a way to emphasize the ease with which everyday scenes may be captured using Kodak's cameras.
